Colbert Hills has started construction on a new 13,500 sqaure foot clubhouse that is scheduled to be finished in the winter of 2009. The new clubhouse will have conference rooms, pro shop, bar, banquet area, snack bar, locker rooms, and more. Plans can be seen in the existing clubhouse at Colbert Hills.
Construction is being done by Coonrod & Associates.
Design was completed by GossenLivingston Architecture.
